Paper recycling plant

RFQ Description

I am building a paper recycling plant in Cairo that has 5 tons/day capacity. Raw material will be wood pulp which will be extracted from unused diapers. These diapers will be received from P&G plant in Cairo, its out of specs diapers that P&G can not sell but instead needs to sell it to a recycling investor, which is me. I plan to also use waste paper such as book paper as raw material. No plan for the time being to use straws or wheat. Mixing percentage of waste paper and diapers pulp is not defined yet but I expect your firm to tell me based on your machine capability and expected finished paper quality. Produced paper from my plant will be sold to notebook manufacturing company in Cairo.Having said that, could you please provide me with the following:- Quotation of different capacity machines 2 to 5 tons/day with pictures of the machine please - Specifications of the paper product - Specification of the raw material for your machine - Breakdown of the machine equipment including additional needed equipment such water treatment and boiler - Explanation of the paper making process of your machine - Required space for the machine, *****, production floor, raw/packing material space - Required power for the machine, max rate and average rate - Required water supply and boiler capacity - Work hours per day to produce mentioned capacity - Required crew (number of technicians/engineers/unskilled workers) to run the machine per shift (8 hours) - Quality control and quality checks to monitor and control quality of produced paper - Delivery time and payment terms - Shipping cost from your end to Alexandria/Egypt sea port - Technical support your firm will provide me for this project such as installation, CQV, and training - Examples of recent similar machines that you sold to other countries Thanks again and waiting for your reply.
