Dear Sirs, We would appreciate receiving your best CIF rates showing FOB price separately for supply of HMS 1 & 2 ( ISRI 200 - 206 ) and USED RAILS SCRAP ( R-50 / R-65) shipped per FCL ( 20 and 40 ) basis for ther below given quantities and destination. Your offer should be inclusive of our commission which please confirm how much you will take care of. Also advise what would be sharing ratio on the price added over and above your quoted rate ( when confirming same please take care of promotional charges which are to be added for getting business - - which please take into consideration when confirming the commision sharing ratio). When submitting your offer please indicate all other necessar details like origin, packing (are the rail lines packed in bundles ?), delivery schedule, specifications, minimum quantity, discounts, port of loading and business terms. Send Photographs ( of the actual material ready for delivery ). Also inform us the scrap being offered by you consists of which items.
