Dear SirI would like to submit a quotation for two filtration Systems:-I-Walnut Shell filter for treating the produced water with flow rate 8000 bbls US bbls/day (6o cubic meter/hour) at maximum working pressure 100 psi (7 bar) with following water quality:-a. Influent water quality 1-Total Suspended Solids (TSS ) 3 ppm2- Oil content 90 ppm b. Effluent water quality Or to accepted limit1-Total Suspended Solids (TSS ) 0.25 ppm2- Oil content 5 ppm 3- Particle size 2 micronsII- Walnut shell filter for treating the produced water with flow rate 4000 bbls US bbls/day (30 cubic meter/hour) at maximum working pressure 100 psi (7 bar) with the following water quality :-a.Influent water quality 1-Total Suspended Solids 128 ppm 2- Oil Content 5 ppm.3- Particle sizes range 60-2 microns (90% of particle sizes are less than 6.5 microns) b.
