Greetings from Driptech!! It gives us great pleasure to introduce to you Driptech an international water technologies company based in Silicon Valley, having offices in India & China. We produce low cost high quality drip irrigation systems for small-plot farmers. Driptech system offers same benefits as traditional drip irrigation system (30-70 % water saving, 70-80 % labour saving and 20-90% yield increase) but at lower cost (75% lower than traditional drip), less hassle, less clogging, and easier installation. Our product is specifically designed for the smallholder farmer who may have low water pressure, little time for maintenance, and a limited budget. We focus on vegetables, spices, cotton, sugarcane, and flowers as our key crops. We are funded by Vinod Khosla and the largest North American manufacturer of polyethylene (Westlake). We have rapidly scaled up our distribution in India over the past two years, and have covered over 7,000 acres in addition to our sales in China and East Africa. We believe that you are closely associates with larger number of farmers to serve and cater the needs of local farming community through your sugar factories by timely supplying agri inputs like seeds, fertilizer, pesticides, drip irrigation system etc. Our interest is to connect with those respective factories and make available our low-cost drip irrigation system to their associated farmers for improvement of quality and yield of their agricultural produce (like sugarcane) which helps them to generate self-employment opportunities to make them economically self-reliant.
