Dear Sirs By way of introduction, we are a UK based company that has various manufacturing concerns in Pakistan in the ceramics and textile industry. We are in the process of conducting a due diligence/feasibility analysis to establish a PET bottle recycling plant in Pakistan to recycle PET bottles for the purposes of creating plastic waste/flakes that can be sold to other producers/manufacturers xxxxx for the production of yarn. I should therefore be grateful if you could assist us in this task by providing us some details of the equipment you sell so we can progress this matter with your company. i) An explanation of the process through which the PET is recycled- I have a basic understanding xxxxx there is a crusher/washer/dryer etc.ii) Types/capacity of machine/capital costs of purchasing and setting up the machine and whether you provide a complete setup solution (Please note we are looking to establish a small unit initially, subject to minimum practical size ofcourse)ii) Capital costs of the above units iii) Electricity/water/gas consumption of the plantiv) Manpower requirementsv) Timescale to set-up the above machines for production.vi) How long can the machines be run for in terms of hours per dayvii) Whether you have any information on buyers of the recycled PET waste. On a very preliminary analysis, it appears that most buyers are based in China but it would be helpful to know the scope of the market for the end product.I look forward to hearing from you and taking this matter forward.
