RFQ Description

Greetings, Everest Holdings SA is seeking 300-500 bulk vending machines for import to Costa Rica with the first order being placed on or before August 18, 2008. This is a startup venture that will need to be supported with mechanisms tooled for the local 100 colone coin. The products we wish to vend on the initial order will include bulk candies, 1 candy product and 1-1.1 capsules(with novelties). Should you be able to supply mechanisms that will accept 2-100 colone coins, please let us know. 100 colones coins will be supplied for tooling purposes. Orders will include stands and spare parts to be determined. We wish to only deal with supplers of consummable product that have been previously approved for import by Costa Rican officials(candy and food products) or those who are willing to have their products pre-approved, due to our timeframe. Everest Holdings SA business plans include an additional 400-500 machine purchase in January 2009 for Costa Rica, 300-500 machines for import into Panama in March of 2009 and 300-500 machines into Nicaraugua in June of 2009. Fill-in orders into these areas will be placed as demand is met. Future expansion into other areas of C.A .are possible based upon performance and local acceptance. All machines will require mechanisms tooled for local currency. Our prospective equipment needs will be similar to the basic sturdy Northwestern and Beaver types, however we are open to alternate manufacturers, models and types. We are self financed and can provide funds for all materials and supplies upon order and demand. Our buying team (Diane and Jeff) will be arriving from San Jose, CR on Saturday 08/09/2008 at Reagan National *(*)@********************Airlines. We will be departing back to Costa Rica on Saturday 08/16/2008. We wish to meet with prospective suppliers, view equipment and specifications, negotiate purchases within this timeframe.
