Custom base mats similar to yoga or exercise mats

RFQ Description

I am interested is a lightweight mat what can serve as a base to up a tent on. I must meet the USA Consumer Product Safety Commission. Must be mildew free.Underneath must slip/skid resistant, etc. The width would be 48 inches wide (121.9cm) The length 72 inches (182.9cm).The top is smooth finish.Color is dark beige/sand color.The mats must be able to roll up to store easily.but must go back into position (flat-straight) when unrolled to use.The out edges would taper.slop downward to the ground surface.To customization:Seven double straps must be specifically placed in the mat. The straps would be stitched 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) underneath the base of the mat. The ends of the straps would come through the top of the base mat (6.4 cm apart). The straps would follow the direction of the side of the mat the were on. The straps would be made of nylon, color beige/sand, .75 inches (1.9cm) wide, mildew resistant., the length of each end would be 2.5 inches (6.4cm). The would pass though a loop (one strap laying on the top of the other). Then they come out of the loop the straps will button together. Button holds will be placed near the ends of each strap.but not on the end. An industrial strenght button would be affixed to each end of the straps. The buttons would button upward (buttons showing on the top of the straps).My company slogan will be placed on the lower bottom right corner of the mat. Black letters about 6 to 10 words ( not large print) during production.Additional information such as placement of the straps will be provided to the company(s) which can actually make this custom product.On the underside there should staps affixed so when the mat is rolled it can tied together.On the underside there should be a shoulder carry strap to carry the mat when it has been rolled up.What is the MOQ, cost for unit inluding CIF), delivery time from the placement of order?Order quantity depends on the price per unit. custom mats Custom Yoga/Base Mats
