Can u send us your latest product catalog with complete quote prices.1.The tote tank is required to be in good condition and to follow the specifications orTechnical criteria as follow :a.Tote tank should have the storage capacity of 550 USG. Tote tank must be able to withstand the chemical temperature range from 18 to 50 degree Celsius.b.The material of construction for tote tank is SS304.c.Tank Specifications:i.Design Capacity, to store approximately 1881L of chemicalii.Design Temperature: 50/18 °Ciii.Design/constructed Material: SS304iv.Dimension: 1219mm(L) X 1067mm(W) X 1905mm(H)v.Connector/Valve compatibility: MUST compatible with PETRONAS’s existing tubing/piping fitting facilities.d) The tote tank design must be compatible with the current running tubing such as to have discharge nozzle of 2-inch diameter.e) Tank Frame Specificationsi.Constructed Material: 2 7/8 OD, with Carbon Steel tubing pad eye on top of the four (4) corners and with 9mm thickness steel plate at all four (4) corners.ii.Forklift Channel: 3 x 8 at four (4) side access (9mm thickness steel plate at all 4 corners).iii.Tagging Panel: The frame shall be equipped with Identification Tagging Paneliv.Tote tank and its frame must strictly follow PETRONAS HSE procedure on identification tag 2.Tote-tank supplied shall be new and unused and capable to perform to the standards specified in the written specifications for such Tote-tank3.The Vendor shall deliver, install and commission to service the Tote-tank as requested .4.The Tote-tank supplied by Vendor must have Valid of Sling and Load Test Certificate of Tote Tank with Frame upon delivery. Vendor shall at its own cost to provide maintenance in good condition without any damage on any part of the tote tank, tank frame and sling including but not limited to appropriate connections that should be suitable in PETRONAS existing injection system.5.The Vendor shall ensure that each unit of the Tote-tank operates and comply with the standards specified in the written specification of such Tote-tank in all respects.
