Dear SirIt is our pleasure to contact you for first time .concerning an inquiry for Ultrasonic machine Our company is located in Egypt since 1986 , and we are working in the Egyptian Market for supplying different equipments , parts and materials . For the 25 years , we have worked with many international companies from US , UK , South Korea , Germany for supplying items to Egypt .and are agents / distributors for a number of well known companies (Raytheon (Elcan) , NAPCO , EMX , SABRE Ballistics , etc...........) At the moment we are involved in a project where we are requested to supply Ultrasonic machine as follows :Suitable for precise machining of any hard and brittle material , specifically drilling , stamping , cutting and engraving of glass , precious stone , porcelain , gems , semi conductor , ceramics hard alloys , NdYAG crystals .with following specs :- Ultrasonic Unit : 20-30 KHz , 100-400 W tuning - Power required : AC 220V , 50 Hz- Maximum drilling thickness : 25 mm- Main axis rotation speed : 1000 %u2013 3000 r/min (step less)- Distance between main axis surface and work table surface : 550mm (max) , 200 mm (min) - Rotation head travel : 350mm- Rotation head feed speed : 0.3- 100 mm /min- Minimum work table area : 300 x 220 mm- Minimum work table transverse travel : 90 mm- Minimum work table longitudinal travel : 150 mmSo please let us know if you can supply the above ?Waiting for your reply And thanks
