RFQ Description

We have an interest in your ability to supply Used Rails. Our target price is between Ask Buyer/mt - Ask Buyermt CIF China port and length is 1.2meters. Cityon Groups Inc (CGI) is the end-buyer and we issue DLC/LC with the end-supplier through our Bank of America based in Texas, USA. However, prior to moving into the next step, I want to be clear of the following: 1. Our terms of payment is irrevocable documentary Letter of Credit (DLC). No other terms of payment is acceptable. Most new or small mines lacks the capital funding it require to operate or perform its contract where they would ask for SBLC, BG or LC with green or red clause (prepayment) payment. 2. On first time supplier, a small amount of trial shipment is a mandatory requirement. 3. Submission of Past performance (i.e., Past BL, CoQ, CoW, etc.) will be required. 4 A 2%PB/G is a requirement for first time supplier. It can be non-operative, then activated by our DLC/LC instrument from Bank of America. If your mine is a publicly-traded company and/or large, then there is no need for 2% PB/G.5. We are the end-buyer who will issue the DLC/LC payment. Therefore, we will only deal with direct supplier who is the beneficiary of the instrument. 6. Full Yard/Inventory inspection will be required prior to signing the final contract or signing of contract can be during the Yard visit. Depending on the submitted docs, site inspection maybe optional or may not be necessary.Please do not expect to do a multi-million dollar business transaction via Internet/email without meeting face-to-face (End-Seller to End-Buyer meeting). A complete DD will be conducted by our Company to make sure that your supplier is a legitimate Used Rails supplier and can conduct business legally.
