Looking for concrete poles

Good Morning Here is my requirements and what my engineer needs. Pole length: 7 meters above ground. (9 meter total)Pole Payload: 50kg (weight of all systems attached to pole).Wind Cross Section (payload only, not pole): 2 meters squareDesign Wind Load: 160kph Specifications must meet international standards Construction Material: Concrete Pole - For Electricity, Power, Street Light, Transmission, ConstructionPre-stressed spun concrete pole is the best alternative to replace vibrated reinforced concrete pole, wood pole & steel poles in power transmission & distribution, street lighting and microwave transmission. Pre-stressed spun concrete pole/piles are made by reinforced steel cage, pre-stressed media (wire/strand/bar) and high strength concrete. With the centrifugal/spinning process (at least 30G and above), this gives very high compressive strength to the concrete, and also polished like finishing on the pole/pile surface. The centrifugal/spinning process also making the pole hollow in the center, hence reducing the concrete weight by at least 50% if compares with the normal vibrated reinforced concrete poles/piles. The high compressive strength also making this pre-stressed spun concrete pole/pile honeycomb free, thus water and air cannot penetrate into the steel structure inside the poles/piles, therefore the service life span can go more than 50 years.I need 125 each to start, Then once the molds are complete I will need up to 5000 each over the next year. This pole has been quoted out of Malaysia for 180 USD each with extra reinforcement . And separate charge for Mold modification of Ask Buyer each for 10 Molds .
