Please find below, detailed requirement: The roll forming machine and annex equipment is to have the flexibility of corrugating the required sheet steel needed for polyurethane sandwich panels with the following requirements: two different shapes of profile (as per attachment)low and high rib corrugationvariable panel width from 300 to 1220mmtwo different type of sandwich panels fixing (male / female, cam lock) In order to achieve the above flexibility, RSE believes that the sequence should be as follows: -Decoiler- Slitter (to have different width of 300 to 1220mm)-Shearing- Punching on one side only (12mm holes with a frequency of one hole every 1000mm, needed for Hex key to lock the cam lock, in case of cam lock)- Roll Forming: Rollers should be motorized and adjustable, to dis engage the non-applicable ones and to adjust the applicable ones to satisfy the required sandwich panel width, corrugation end shape and corrugation level.
