Looking for vertical axis wind turbine

We will be living off the grid in the Puna district of the big island of Hawaii and have trade winds that generally are 5-15 MPH on a daily basis. Some days less and of course days that are more MPH.Please send me specific wind requirements and product details so we can decide whether our wind velocity is enough to power the unit and make economic sense. Electric rates in Hawaii are on average 3-4 times higher than the mainland USA and the cost just to hook up is in excess of Ask Buyer USD then add the cost to lay wiring to the house and barn is another Ask Buyer-4000.00. This is why we will be off there grid.Please advise what size unit, energy produced would be the most efficient in price and shipping costs to Hawaii.
