Dear Sir / Mam,We are a large producer of Rubber Powder from waste tyre in the size range from 20 to 100 mesh. Now we wish to further expand our production capacity and plan to add about 40tons capacity per day of 30 mesh with a facility to produce 20 to 40 mesh powder.We are therefore looking forward for a complete production line with following features.1. Shredding of whole radial tyre upto 1250 mm diameter.2. Coarse shredding of rubber blocks produced by whole tyre shredder. We have seen some pictures of a machine in which output of whole tyre shredder is fed to coarse shredder where in rubber blocks are smashed between a rotor and housing to reduce the block to uneven size of about 15 x 15 mm.3. Vibratory sieving of output of two roll cracker / grinder machine for better sieving of powder4.
