Grouping of lifting loops to be considered to ensure minimum groupings to facilitate a simple Fork Lift or Crane loading frame with minimum hooking positions. Lifting loops to be between 500 and 800 mm long. Strength and width of loops to be designed by supplier in line with bag loading Safety Factor.Filling and Discharge SpoutThe bag will be equipped with a sealable filling spout and draw cord dischargeable bottom spout. The discharge spout should be able to be opened from a distance of 3 meters from the bag and should be able to be re-sealed with ease. Discharge spout size to be calculated by bag supplier in such a way to allow easy discharge of damp material (14 tons) within one minute and not leaving material behind in blind corners of the bag. Discharge spout closing device to be designed in such a manner to prevent accidental; discharge during transport and lifting operations. Filling spout to be designed ± one third of the bag diameter (2200mm) in order to allows a reasonable discharge of the copper concentrate.Bag GSMNormally the heavier the load the bigger the GSM specification.
