Producing process of cooper cable has to consist of complex line, which performs next stages:1.Producing of isolated wire: drawing+annealing of conducting wire, insulation with PVC, PE LSZH with possibility of laying lengthwise colour lines on the insulation with help of the press and co-extruder.2. Manufacturing of cable: - twisting of isolated wires into pairs; - twisting pairs into cored wire; - putting jacket at the cable; - putting of polymeric tape, screening - putting of colored marks at insulation with help of co-extruder- packing of cable into bays, rolls. production line, machinery, cable Production line for LAN cable
