RFQ Description

Objective: Installation of a plant for caustic soda dilution from 100% flakes to 50% Caustic solutionWith production capacity of 100 tons/dayGeneral Requirements: Mixing cum Storage tank, Concentration control system(Controller), Centrifugal feed water pump, circulation pump(if possible), Control system, flow measuring device, level indicator, piping, Temperature control system.Tanks Specification: A Stainless steel tanks either vertical or horizontal fabrication must be at least 1/4inch steel plate. A 1/8inch corrosion allowance. Material of construction must be 304L & 306L keeping in mind caustic even can damage steel bodies and the temperature allowable is 200F, Total volume of the tank must be up to 10000 liters. Or you can quote available tanks with different volumes will be discussed.The product draw off line should be at least 4inches above the bottom of the tank and the drain connection should be at the lowest point of the tank. Level transmitting for measuring level.Cleaning: Showers must be equipped at top for cleaning purpose. As the volume of the tank is high mixing blades must be installed at three different locations inside according to the volume, mixing is a big issue here for caustic dilution.Miscellaneous: Temperature sensor, Concentration control system, Flow controller, level sensor, recirculation pump (if possible otherwise mixing blades are enough)Direct insertion of caustic has safety issues if indirect method of any sort of conveyor is available will be an added advantage. tanks storage and mixing tanks
