RFQ Description

Dear Future Partner, I hope everything has gone well with your company. I am Jacob Ju, an overseas business team leader of TP (The Pallet) in South Korea. We are a company of pallet production, and we are looking for a partner company that can provide us a consistent and abundant supply of sawn timber. Our company consists of two main plants with pallet-making machines in each. Each plant is capable of producing 2000 pallets per day. Thus, we need 1000 3000 CBM sawn timber per MONTH. At least 5-10 containers (40FT) should be supplied. The quantity varies on the sizes of the sawn timber, and more sizes your company can produce, more quantities our company can purchase. We usually use Pine and Spruce for pallet production, but we can accept other types of wood IF the PRICE matches. AD or KD does not matter if the PRICE matches. Our current import pallet wood price is Ask Buyer/cbm. We can accept Deadwood if the quality is not in serious conditions. The quality we refer is that there should be no curve or twist. We can accept MINOR knots, wane. Should be Disk Bladed to be straight and no rough surface. No serious stain or fungus. Tolerance of +/- 2mm. The payment should be L/C at 90 days after the sight. We can reduce the L/C days, depending on the duration of your transportation. We do only CIF or CFR (to Busan). Please inform me the price per CBM (CIF, CFR PRICE ONLY) of your timber. Also, please suggest each price for each Grade of your Timber. If it is possible, please show us some pictures. Moreover, please tell me the duration of transportation of the item and how many CBMs can be supplied per month.
