Dear all,My name is Nino Donguzashvili, Projects Manager at TechnoBoom LLC.  The company is wholesale and retail sales operator for Home Appliances, Mobile and Audio-Video equipment in Georgia.Our company plans to open 75 new shops in 2014-2016 with total 50 000 sq.m of shopping space.In 2014 it is planned to build 14 000 sq.m of shopping and wharehouse use. Construction of 4100 sq.m should start alreday in February 2014, construction of the rest 10 000 sq.m is planned to start in May, 2014.Company is reviewing different construction material options for building the shops. Therefore, several building companies will be applied in order to receive their offers and to conclude an agreement with the chosen company for building the shopping spaces.Considering the abovementioned, please be so kind to send us your offer for the following: presumable price per sq.m, including projectioning of the buildings and presumable construction time - needed for the construction.Technical details of the first construction requirements are as follows:  5 new shops to be opened in the major cities of Georgia: 1) Rustavi - 1500 sq.m 2) Telavi - 700 sq.m 3) Tsnori - 500 sq.m 4) Zugdili 700 sq.m 5) Photi - 700 sq.m; shop buildings should consist: 2 restrooms and 100 sq.m room for store use; building construction material light - Sandwich Panel and/or similar. 3 sides of the shop - closed, 1 side to be of glass for shop-window; floor - straight, usefull for shopoing purposes, intilation and conditioning to be installed in the buildings.Please note that price (inculing projectioning) and construction times will be main selective criterias.Please revise the abovementioned information and send me your proposals: presumable price for projectioning and constructing, please as well indicate the presumable construction time for each shop.Hould you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me.Kind regards,Nino DonguzashviliProjects ManagerTechnoboom LLCMob: +995 577 ***
