We are in urgent requirement of Jumbo bags , quantity will be 20000 bags The Jumbo bags application will be to load with aggregates in two layers in a tipper trailer. Aggregates may have some sharp edges which might damage the bag and the bag should not be damaged while loading and offloading. Approximate material load will be between 1.5 to 2tons in each bag . The Material bulk density will be 1700kg per cubic meter. UV stabilization is required as the shipment will be travelling by sea and will be not be used immediately and will have storage time mostly in direct sun for 3 monthsThe bag specifications required are as given hereunder :Filling spout Diameter 50 cm x 50 cm height. 1) Jumbo Bag size :- 110 cm x 105 cm x 90 cm (1800, 5:1) Top spout , Flat Bottom U+2 Panel Bag Double Layer.
