RFQ Description

The subject is that a company in K.S.A wants to open a Quarry in Dammam area and they have contacted me in this regard because iam well known in my experience in this field and i suggested that we will start by a production line of 250 ton/hour, then we will make a parallel production line depending on markets requirments.Actually,we were supposed to start working a month ago but the political situation and war in Syria and the conflicts in our area are delaying down work .Any how, the material is blue stone (not granite nor basalt) ,it is similar to lime stone but has a high compressive strength which applys a lot of pressure on jaw crushers .The material is not highly abraisive and do not require a hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing where a quality impact crusher can do the job and as you know it is more economical than the hydro-cone.Note that blue stone requires a relatively high rotor speed crusher and a rangeable speed from 400 to 700 rpm that can be adjusted by means of diferent size drive pullies of the drive electric motors.Note that the high temperature of climate in the deserts of K.S.A require a special attention to the quality of electric motors(regarding the class of motor and copper coil windings and insulation) and the bearings of the crushers and the lubrication of the jaw crushers bearings where it is preferable to have a cntinueas motorized grease pump to allow enough lubrication to the crushers.Moreover, electronics and hydraulic pumps must not arise in any machine(crushers must be driven purely electrically).Input feed size = 800mm maximum.Final out put size =0-19mm (seperated by screens).Regarding the plant design, it must be as follows:1-Jaw crusher then to a surge pile for stocking.2-from a feeder under the tunnel of high feeding capacity (we can put 2 feeders in series under the tunnel to provide a spare feeder in case of break down) , a feed conveyor will provide the primay crushed material to the first impact crusher of adjustable speeds (by drive pullies).3-A discharge conveyor will provide the secondary crushed material to the secondary 3-deck screen screen (having 4 discharge conveyors)4-The oversize recycling material will go to another surge pile with a tunnle having a high capacity feeder (tertiary plant)5-A discharge conveyor under the tunnel will feed the tertiary impact crusher .6-A discharge conveyor under the crusher will feed the tertiary (4-deck screen with 5 discharge conveyors) .Thank you
