Dear sirs,my name is HOLGER WINKLER and I am living in Germanycouple of years we made an outsourcing of a company and started we 3 men to produce in the spare part sector. HOT FORGING bolt and nuts like…….Track Bolts and Nuts, Plow Bolt and Nuts Sprocket Bolt and Nuts and all other Bolt, NutOur company was an 25 years old company in ISTANBUL / TURKEY , marketleader and the only one in this sector. Since the management was interested at this time to produce only clutches, they sold their full manufacturing processI guess, with 3 hot forging presses the maximum capacity is now 40 tons with 2 shifts. But it might be increasedNowadays we are 2 partners. My share is today 33% - (till tomorrow)And YES – my remaining partner is a tricky man. Just yesterday I received an announcement by post, that the company invite all share holders for a meeting.INTENTION: increase capital moneyRESULT: my partner will do dirty thinks , with playing with company capital, he will declare , I will put 1.000.000 TL in the cash. But in Reality he just will swap running capital from left to right. Indeed no capital increase will be done.I am looking for a partner – with HIGH interest and potential, to fend this burglary. Since my time window is so narrow – just 10 hours - I am using unconventional ways, speaking with present customers and competitors.So – if a THIRD Party (YOU?) might has an interest, we made an capital increase together?
