RFQ Description

Dear Sir My company is working on the development of a project supplying 3,000,000 boxes per month that are loaded with four different commodities. One of the commodities loaded in each box is 6 kilo grams of sugar. The sugar will be packaged in two, three, or perhaps six kilo bags. The project life cycle is three years and would begin in early 2012. The total volume required per month is 18,000 metric tons. We would require delivery of the sugar to our packaging facility in Evansville, Indiana, U.S.A. I understand your organization receives many inquiries related to sugar, but I would like to assure you my inquiry is legitimate and the financial backing is in place for this project should we have the ability to source each commodity. I would like to ask your support in confirming the following: 1) Is the quantity of sugar I am requesting feasible in 2012?2) Can you provide pricing if the sugar is available?
