Dear Sirs,We are (GESC), Green Energy Solutions Company, an innovative leader in todays solar energy industry and marketplace in EGYPT,our scope is to trade, partially or completely manufacture and offer high standard integrated solutions n using renewable energy in a wide range of implementation in our country.As long your company is ranked as one of the most important solar (renewable) energy solutions companies in TURKEY, we are eager to have an opportunity to build up a communication channel with you.In view of this, First; could you please send me your products certificates (Key-Mark is recommended) and all your standards compliance authorization?Second; We have a new project of supplying SWHs to a Hotel located in Damietta EGYPT, please check the detailed information I get after the last meeting with the project owner:The Hotel rooms to be covered by SWH are 30 double roomsThe Hotel composed of 4 floors, we will cover 3 floors (each floor consist of 10 double rooms)The SWH will be installed on the roof.All rooms will be complete housed (no empty rooms) only during summer, at the time where no overcasting days, sun shine every day.Average ambient temperature is 20.5 degree Celsius during year 2012.Maximum ambient temperature during summer is 29.3 degree Celsius (recorded in June 2010 21st)Minimum ambient temperature during winter is 8.02 degree Celsius (in December 2010 12th)Water nature: Hard water (have the tendency for scaling)Water feed and pressure (elevated tank located on the roof supply water with pressure (20 to 50 Kpa = 0.02 to 0.05 Mpa).Based on the client’s budget, the suggested solution is:10 Pcs of Non-Pressurized, open loop, passive Solar Water Heaters (300L to 350L), each one will serve 3 double rooms (6persons) total is 10 PCs X 3 Rooms =30 rooms.This Non-Pressure system, Evacuated tubes collectors type was selected based on the cost and the budget set by the client (Hotel owner).Please send me a quotation with a detailed specifications for the above mentioned solution if you see that it will be valid for our project.If you have another point of view, please send me your suggested solution and the related quotation as soon as possible.Notes: 1- kindly keep an eye on the water nature in EGYPT (Hard water), and how can we avoid or minimize the scaling or corrosion 2- check the maximum ambient temperature stated above and how can we avoid overheating during summer.Your quick response is highly appreciated,,,What is the procedure to get the sample?
