We are looking at potential vendors who could undertake on turnkey basis Cyclopentane conversion project for polyurethane foam in india.Scope of work includes-Engineering, Supply, Installation and Comissioning the system customised to meet the requirements of end product applications.Production volumes :-Polyol consumption-72 tons/year-Air Handling unit panels -500 tons/year-Cold room panels.Areas to be covered:-Cyclopentane storage,Premix units,buffer tanks, mixing heads,dosing units.Includes:transfer pumps, pressure guages, limit switches, safety valves, gas sensors, Electrical control panels, ventilation systems, flow transducers, cooling units, etc , Hydraulic units to run mixing heads, N2 pressurisation for pentane tanks, N2 injection systems, associated piping network, all safety control & alarm detection systems.Covers all H/W and S/W for valves operation, monitor. production process parameters.production & alarms history.
