I am starting a smoke salmon operation with a fantastic product. I need to find a regular supplier of very high quality Fesh and frozen Atlantic Salmon fillets, prefer PBO and skin must be on for smoking. I would like the fillets to be vacuum packed. i will probally start up using frozen sides and once the volume builds up, go with fresh product.
