Building my first home, would like to build it with most efficiency, less energy cost, and highest quality materials I can obtain at a reasonable cost. Looking for years of use from quality products and innovative ideals. Key is save, save, save. Non-allergins, greater warmth in winter, coolness at cost efficiency in summer. Low water cost, and electrical cost. There are no homes in my area thinking green.
