Activity:For manufacturing laminated or leaf Springs used in bogies of Carriages and Wagons of Bangladesh Railway. It is necessary to bend the plates into specific shape as well as to make eyes at both ends of the plates. For this purpose Special Zigs and Fixtures should be incorporated in the machine. The machine should have high precision and accuracy. It should be capable of bending a plate at any angle and of making eyes of different sizes at both ends of the plate. The machine may either be hydraulic or independent motor driven. 2.
