We are looking for a oil refinery for sale with 50,000 + bpd capability. Must be in the United States, preferably in the Gulf of Mexico with waterway access. Several keys to keep our interest. 1. All stainless steel components 2. No on-site contamination 3. Circulating Preferred on site: 1. Storage facility 2. Direct pipeline access 3. Running crew in place that would want to remain on the job for us. If you have a refinery that can meet these needs please contact me immediately.
