Respected Sir,It is to bring into the notice of your company that, I am an individual here in Pakistan who is looking forward to a shoe industry that can manufacture me the ladies shoes and sandals of my own design and quality, which after production can be exported to Pakistan. At present I am into automobiles business, which is going quite well but in order to expand my horizon of business and make myself a multi-dimensional business oriented person, I came up with this idea of selling my own design of ladies shoes. Pakistan has a very huge untapped market in terms of shoes, which is saturated due to some local manufacturers. I am planning to launch my own brand of ladies shoes which will be cost effective, good in terms of quality, comfortable to wear, light weight and easy to carry.As I am new into this business so it will be greatly appreciated if you could guide me and give me a step by step tutorial regarding the shoe business i.e. where can I save the cost in terms of manufacturing, how can the quality be enhanced, what is the material being used etc. Also tell me how much will a pair of shoe costs me if I give you my own design with a few add-ons, my personal labeling and packaging.
