custom made shoes

Dear Sir,we are a retailer of shoes and would like to know if you also sell customized lady shoes and how much that would cost approx. We would like to offer to our customers a limited set of different styles, materials and colors whch can be combined to a personalised shoe. We would like to offer our customers a limited set of choices regarding design, material, color and decoration that every customer (retail customers, so one type of shoe per order) can combine to be his personal shoe. We are thinking about 10-20 designs, 2-4 materials, 10-20 colors and a couple of decorations. That means a lot of possible combinations, but very individual shoes. So then every individual customer would place his order which you would produce. Is that possible? Are you able and interested in such a type of business?
