Specification: - L. T. Tubular Poles(3000-pcs): Poles 9 M total length(+/- 5 cm), made of 3 pipes swaged together with overlap(1/1000 of total length out of straightness), made of 3 steel pipes: 1- 4.7 M, OD=0.1397 -M, thickness 4.5 mm 2- 2.65 M, OD=0.1397 -M, thickness 3.65 mm 1- 2.3 M, OD=0.0889-M, thickness 3.25 mm Steel grade St 44-3 to DIN 17100 seamless pipes manufactured by electrical resistance longitudinal pipe welding process(ERW). Poles should be closed on top with 3 mm thick welded steel round cap, and drilled Five 18 mm dia holes. Starting 10 cm from top end, spaced 30 cm apart, and One 10 mm tapped 140 cm from bottom end for earthing. Poles shall be new, clean dry and free of rust and scales, painted with 2 layers of high quality paint externally by protective paint(Red Lead Oxide), and for 1.5 M from bottom only by Bitumen paint. Internally. A-shape Lattice Poles(500-pcs): Poles 9 M total length(+/- 5 -cm,1/1000 of total length out-of-straightness), made of welding 2-pieces, I-Section beams(140x66x5.7 mm,14.3 kg/M, length 9 M) for the First 60 cm welded together, then spread to 50 cm, and laced with L(angle) steel iron(30x30x4 mm,1.78 kg/M:28-pcs 50 cm,30 pieces 10-40 cm,2 pieces 30 cm length) for the remaining length(except the bottom 80 cm free), welded to the inside of the beams except for the last 2 pieces at the bottom to be welded straight to the outside. Total weight 303 kg. Steel shall be Rolled structural steel(Grade St.37-3 to DIN 17100), I-Beams(according to DIN 1025 sheet 1), L(angle) iron to DIN 1028. 10 pcs 140x75x6 mm(3.537 kg/M) with center holes 18 mm 10 cm spaced at 30 cm. Earthing hole 12 mm dia 140 cm from bottom.
