We are interested in your wood-plastic composite machinery system.We want to use your WPC technology to produce WPC doors.We want to produce 2440mm (L) x 1220mm (W) x 38mm (T) wood plastic composite door by extrusion.Kindly quote your complete set of machinery.We want single-step process as well as double-step process (using WPC compound). Kindly also quote your price for compounding machinery set.We want to use PP resin because PP got low density of 0.9 gm/cc and also we can get PP resin at concession (discount) rate from Haldia Petrochemicals company Limited and so we want Polypropylene resin as carrier with wood powder.If you do not want to supply compounding unit then please tell me where to buy WPC resin compound (based on PP resin) and you supply to us and we will buy WPC resin from you.In Orissa PVC is banned by the state government, so we can not use PVC.We also do not want to use HDPE because high density and more weight and cost higher expensive.
