I amwriting to inquire about High Density PolyetyleneAmount of High Density Polyethylene required is 658,000 kgsWe require a high density polyethylene for coating a gas pipeline description of coating system is as follows:Layer 1: consist of film of powdered epoxy resin which is electrostatically sprayed on pre-heated pipe which is fuses to homogeneous and continuous layer under the influence of heat from pipe materialLayer 2: consist of co-polymer adhesive and it should be compatible with first and third layerLayer 3: consist of outermost layer of high density polyethylene. Characteristic of High Density polyethylene:Polyethylene, (used as topcoat) shall provide excellent mechanical and field handling characteristic with added chemical resistance and moisture barrier characteristic. Black pigment (carbon black) shall be added to offer weathering resistance for outdoor exposure.
