Gentlemen, Im representing a company in Eastern Europe which manufactures the suspended false ceilings made of thin PVC foil. There are many colors, and finishes (like mat, semi and full shine and others) available. This my question:1. Can you make your ceiling tile that has the peel surface on an adhesive backing? I would buy this tile from you and apply my PVC thin foil according to the customer request with to color, shade and chosen foil surface, by our installation people. This is a preferred option meaning:buying a plain ceiling tile with an adhesive backing from you.2. The second option is to laminate my PVC foil onto your ceiling tile surface by your process. Foil samples are available.3. In either scenario, the tile size must be 600 (W) mm x 600 (L) x the thickness supporting the tile weight. It is obvious that the tile weight must be as light as possible, because it adds up to the total drop ceiling weight and thus could narrow its application.4. In Europe, the ceiling tiles are installed in a drop grid, creating a false ceiling surface. So, your tile must be suitable for that application. In another words, the grid is made of : cross tees, wall angles and the main tees. They are standard and making the opening size 600 x 600 mm, when full tile is used. At the wall however, only the part tile is used, that is why the tile must be easy to cut to a desired shape during an installation.5. Instead of ceiling tile, a flame resistant foam board, with self-adhesive pressure sensitive backing is also considered. The board must be very rigid and not warp when suspended in the ceiling grid, size 600 mm x 600 mm. Preferred thickens ~ 3/16. Looking forward to your response.Regards, John Mazurek ceiling tiles, flame resistant board PVC ceiling tile/flame resitant foamboard
