RFQ Description

I am requesting a quotation for the following.Please consider this request as urgent and respond with answer if you willing to quote or unable to within today if possible.Reason for this is there is a tender I am applying for and need full and completed quotations by the 23 January 2018.Please separate pricing 1.product cost 2.delivery cost 3.cost to supply a certificate of Analysis from a SANAS accredited laboratory with each and every delivery of the product which will be viewed and approved by site staff prior to offload. Delivery will be to Cape Town and the expected turnaround time period shall be at a maximum of 7 days from receipt of purchase order. VALID 3 years. Allow increases.In addition please may it be noted the following quote pricing should be fixed for a term of three years.Please view specifications and requirements below:Estimated monthly volume required is 40 000Litres of glycerol. This is an estimation for planning purposes only and not necessarily an indication of quantities that will be ordered during the contract period. The glycerol is stored in three 46 kilolitre underground storage tanks situated adjacent to the leachate treatment plant. The docking bay for filling the underground storage tanks is situated within the confines of the leachate plant and is easily accessible.Delivery is via a 75 mm nominal bore filler pipe, equipped with a 75 mm male camlock fitting for tanker connection. Deliveries will have to be pumped. The supplier shall provide all necessary pumping equipment for deliveries. During delivery, when pumping to the storage tank, the supplier shall use a filter to assist in visual inspection of the product. Furthermore, for approval, the supplier shall provide the site staff with a sample of the product, which shall be taken from the truck at the time of decanting. The supplier will be deemed to have inspected the site and determined all conditions affecting deliveries and offloading, and allowed therefor in his pricing .
