Send send FCO , Buyer issues ICPO Including:- Buyer Passport Copy,Company Registration License ,BCL / RWA or MT799. (E.g. verifiable BCL, Bank Account Statement/Tear sheet iv. Authorization letter to contact buyer s bank officer via email and telephone to do a verifiable MT Swift soft probe into buyer s bank account.) 2. After verification of (1) Seller issues CI/MOU with tank number and TSRnumber to be included in CI. Buyer countersigns and returns to seller within 24Hours. 3. (If the buyer has tanks in Rotterdam he send the coordinates of tank and emits TSR and TSA to the seller inject the fuel.) If Buyer no has tanks then Seller provides the tank farm sub leasing contact to buyer and TankCompany to finalize the number of Days Buyer wants to lease the tank. 4. Seller issues the below PPOP documents to buyer s : (A). Product Passport (B). Export license (C). Commitment to Supply (D).Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) (E). Certificate of Incorporation 5. Within 48 hours Buyer issues TSA with TSR to enable the tank farm to allow buyer to perform dip test on the product in the sub-lease tank. (or in tank of buyer). 6. Upon confirmation of Buyer s TSA & TSR, seller issues DTA to buyer 7. Buyer conducts SGS Q&Q on the product 8. Upon successful and positive release of SGS Q&Q results tendered to both sellerand buyer, Buyer pays at sight immediately via MT 103. 9. After verification of bank clearance, Ownership Title, Full Product POP andExport documentation original copy will be release from buyer s bank to seller sbank. 10.
