glue roll coater needed

I plan to make Structural Insulated panels (SIPs) in Haiti for low cost housing.For an explanation of SIPs See http://*****/wiki/Structural_insulated_panel I am looking for a glue roll coater to apply a water based adhesive glue to 4 foot wide (1220 millimeters) x 4 inch thick (102 millimeters) to 6 inches t hick (152 millimeter) panels of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam.
