radiator required 05 no for industrail dryers burner combustion air preheating with available hot condensate water

RFQ Description

We need the raditor for 05 nos for installing on 05 nos LPG/SNG base fuel burners of our dryers. radiator required to pre heat the burner combustion air, currently in these different dryer burners we rae providing air, with blower to burner at atmosphere temerature.We are intrested to have hot water raditor (hot water Avialble of 95c of process condensate) through which air can be passed via duct having inside radiator coils being that heated with said condensate circulation (hot water pumping from hot water condensate tank through pump passing from raditor & sending for boiler use) while air blower suction through this radiator fins heated the passing air & send it to burner as currently being supplying, to LPG/SNG burner but by this raditor pre heated air will be provided to save the lpg/SNG fuel consumption.Current temp of air = 25 to 30 C,After installing Radiotor temp of air =80 to 85c,Delta T = 50 TO 55C will be needed to save fuel consumption.Kindly do reply or contact at following contacts,FAYAZ *@***********************84Rafhan Maiz Products Co ltdKotri, Distt:Jamshoro Sindh Pkaistan
