Dear Ms. Eva,We have a biodiesel plant that is using waste cooking oil in Dubai, and the process involves pre-heating the oil to 65 C via a heater. In fact, we want to use the solar system so that we can operate for more hours during the day. Our production of biodiesel is 1000L per batch and we operate 3 batches a day. We want to use the waste cooking oil as the heat -transfer medium or just the water then provide a storage tank followed by a heat exchanger. I would like to get an advice from you which is better and regarding the needed solar system and its cost to raise the temperature to the 65 C. Many thanks,AzzaThe Neutral Fuels
