Dear Mr Stichling.PCT Hungary Co. has been looking for a composite autoclave meeting the following basic requirements:Inner Diameter: 1 meterWorking Length: 12 metersMax Working Pressure: 1.5 MpaWeight of the cured product in a max load condition, 200lbsWeight of the molds and cart in the autoclave, 1332lbs. Material is 6061 AluminumHeating Gradient; need 5 degrees C.No cooling system required but if it is also available we would be interested in it.Three thermocouples are sufficient.Six vacuum line connections. Manual operation is OK. A vacuum transducer with data collection in the controller is required as well as a display for the vacuum header.Pressurization is by air.If a trolley is available too it should be roughly 635mm wide x 10 meters long.
