KKK K04 RS6 Turbo Charger Hybrid

RFQ Description

We are looking for supplier who is able to build hybrid turbo charger units in sets which are based on standard KKK turbos and upgrade components. The KKK units which will be modified to create the hybrids are the K04-028 and K04-029, the modifications required are as follows: 1. Remove standard compressor wheel and replace with compressor wheel from KKK turbo with part number 5304-988-0064, this wheel is available in billet and this is the wheel which is to be used. This will require machining of the standard housing to fit. 2. Modification of the turbine wheel, the procedure is known as cutting back, this will eliminate surge. 3. Modification of the turbine housing in the turbine wheel and wastegate port, this is to increase flow and eliminate surge. 4. Modify the actuator to a new base pressure setting. If your company is able to carry out the work required to produce these turbos to ensure they are reliable and product the performer required my company will like to discuss this project with you in much more detail.
