My Name is Pärt Ojamaa and Im writing you from Estonia. We are starting a wool and feltfabric to produce good-quality felt for the local market. We already have a trusted network of local sheep-breeders and market-need for processed wool. All we need now is machinery for processing the wool. That is why I am writing this letter to you. Briefly, we are interested in:1. A needle punching line for producing wool felt using mainly natural lamb wool provided by the local sheep breeders. But from time to time we would like to try mixing the wool with polyester fibres within the extent of 20-30%. The polyester fibres have pretty much the same density as the wool, so, it probably shouldnt be a problem for the needle punching machine to process it.2. A production capacity of approx. 150-250 kg wool per day.3. A line able to produce felt fabric in 2,4m width and thickness with 100-1500g/square meter.4. In the first phase we will wash and dry the wool and separate the lanoline.Taking into account the parametres we came to the conclusion that the basic needle punching line we need would consist of the following machinery:Opening machine;Carding machine with hopper feeder;Needle punching machine;Winding and cutting machine.I hope the information above helps you to send us some recommendations for different small-scale needle punching lines.
