Extruder for recycled high density polyethylene piping

i want to buy some extruders that will produce corrugated piping for construction sites made from recycled HDPE, i need to get the correct die design also. the output capabilites will be low to medium as it only starting up with expansion and increased sales expected in the first year, so we need a m/c that will facilitate this expansion, can you advise me of my possibilites in this regard? and to some of the costs involved many regards.
