Looking for wireless alarm system

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, We are looking for an intelligent all-in-one basic sabotage safe alarm system that can be easily be upgraded with a selection of intruder detectors (such as smoke detectors, flood detectors, loud sirens, pet-friendly motion detectors, door/window sensors, PIN protected keypads with panic buttons, key fob with panic buttons, smart plug (German socket), if required with an extender for longer distance and german installation guide) to protect private homes and small business against burglary, fire and water damage. For this we want to assemble a complete system that comply the most requirements. Our goal is to arrange and offer goods of good and fair (functional) value. We only want to distinguish between small (1-2 bedroom apartment), medium (3- bedroom apartment), large (4-5 bedroom apartment) and business. The system must be simply activate (also extern from wherever the customer is, or even from his mobile phone or app). Very important is, that the system can be installed by anyone without any drilling within 1 hour or less. In the event of an alarm the system hast to include everything for SMS, telephone, email and extern 24h security service. Maybe you have also a SMS or call function if the customer left in a rush and forgot to activate his alarm?Also important: Please can you let me know if you have systems in German, with german language software and german operating manual?Can you How you handle the period of the guarantee?What kind of third party certification comprised your technology and engineering such as RoHS, Ce, TÃœF, ISO etc.?Do you have any excellent references from german Test-Magazines or customers?Can you produce a demonstration model if all the questions are cleared?1 more Question: Can you program all accessories in standard kits before delivery?My customers need also a GPS alarm bracelet or watch for children and pets protection. Very important is, that children and strangers cannot remove the belt without a cod.
