Dear Sir/MadamI would highly appreciate if you could provide your offer for supply of MS Scrap under the ISRI categories 1.MS : ISRI “ 201/202/203 & Used Rail R50 & R65You are requested to provide your offer mentioning following details: Please provide details about your company.Have you supplied to HMS Scrap to India before. If Yes, Please give reference.Specification of HMS Scrap (MTC), - please provide size, photos and rusting conditions of Scrap.Scrap Dimensions (Size/Diameter, Length, free from oil/grease/enamel etc) “ Please provide size of Steel (both Mild Steel (MS) scrap. We would require Inspection Certificate from pre-shipment inspection agency (PSIA) as approved by Indian DGFT. Please confirm whether your quote is with or without PSIA. Minimum Order Quantity. We would like to go for multiples of 20 container loads.Packing: what shall be the packing of scrap, if Any. Please provide details. Inco Term: CIF ICD Dadri, India. Payment Terms: It may please be noted that we will be able to work only against LC payment terms. Lead Time in days, for Shipment from your works to your Port. Including documentation.
