Mr. Kim, Myname is Tomas McNIcholas. I contacted you a few days ago to set up a meeting with Maria regarding the iron ore in Manzanillo. I was not aware of the fact that the sectorial pernit was not in her name and that she was paying the owner of it to sell her ore. From what I was told, this a common accurence in Mexico. She does have 50,000 tons of ore in port but Im not sure if you would still be interested under these condtions. I talked to another miner (iron ore/copper) who is also using the sectorial number but that he will have his own very soon. He confirmed that Maria is in fact a legitimate mine owner and has 50,000 mt of ore in port but that she is also renting the sectorial permit from owner. Apparetly they both pay the owner so much per ton of ore for the use of permit. Not sure if the contract would be with her or owner of pernit. If you are not interested, If youd like, I can contact you when and if this other miner obtains his own sectorial permit. My apologies Mr. Kim. I should of done my due diligence more in depth. I am not here to waste your time or to deceive you. I was put in contact with her by my good freind becasue he knew I had potential buyers for mineral ore and steel scrap. I may have something else that you might find interesting. I have a client that is offering used steel rail. I think they can supply upwards of 30,000 per month. WIll confirm if you are interested Very good CIF price to any port including China. We are also working with another miner in Mexico who is offering copper concetrates that contain gold and silver. He has 60 tons right now in costales at Manzanillo port but can produce 400 mt/month. Small operation but let me know if it might hold your interest. Please let me know if thier is anything I can do for you. Warm RegardsTomas McNicholas
