Dear Supplier, I am interested in buying Frozen Halal Beef Meat. I will be shipping in low quantity at first to make sure your product is satisfied by the local people of Iraq. Once there is more interest there is a possibility that I will export 250 metric tons every month. The beef cuts that I am interested the most are the following: 1. Round 2. Sirloin 3. Loin 4. Chuck 5. Flank 6. Rump 7. Fore Shank 8. Plate These cuts must be packaged in vacuumed bag and air tight separately. Then each cut type must be boxed in 20 kg and labelled for ease of identification. The fat content of the meat shall be between 3% - 5% no more. Therefore I expect you give me price according to each cut type per metric ton.
