kevlar + nomex gloves - double layer

Please ignore this request if you have received this RFQ before.My name is Amin and I am the purchasing officer for Lentrica (the company).Our company is considering expanding our product line into High Temperature, Heat Resistant Gloves.We are a large volume buyer and a repeat buyer.We are contacting several other glove manufacturers to find the right supplier for long term continuous trade.Here are the specifications we are looking for‚¬¦- The gloves have to be made with a double layer. The outer layer must be 100% kevlar and the inner layer has to be 100% aramid/nomex. An inner cotton layer will not do.- Has to be heat resistant to 992F.- The gloves have to have silicone design on it using two colours (blue and red). We will provide the design and logo. Please dont ask for the design at this early stage.- The glove has to be black. It is difficult to dye kevlar black but this is the requirement.- The length has to be at least 30cm.- The size has to be XL.- The glove has to be packed in a box approximately 31x 17 x 3 cm.- The box has to include full colour printing of our design. We will provide the artwork.- The whole package (glove pair and packaging) has to be shipped to an Amazon Warehouse in the United States.- You will need to take care of any customs duty (if there is any).- An example of a similar glove can be seen here:ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/71spUE2x3DL._SL1500_.jpg (paste in browser)Although we order in large numbers, we need a lower than normal initial test quantity so we can evaluate you based on your speed and your quality. Our normal initial test quantity is 100 pairs.
