Dear Mr. John Beavers, Our company, PEN, is seeking to purchase HMS 1/2 (80-20) on a monthly basis. For our initial order, we would like to place a small order to ensure your quality and services. Thereafter, we anticipate on ordering larger quantity. We would appreciate it if you can provide us your quotation in terms of FOB and/or CFR and method of payment per our specification below. Any pictures and descriptions of the commodity in your inventory would be highly appreciated. Scrap must be in loose, pressed bundles in any type or size are prohibited.§ Scrap must be cut/processed/smashed/ dismantled and removed all dangerous impurities.? Scrap must be free from Sawdust and filings.§ The scrap must be free from any toxic chemical, radioactive materials, inflammables, explosives, organic matters originated from animals or plants with danger of epidemic diseases and medical waste.§ The scrap shall be free from bombs, arms, ammunitions, torpedoes, mines, shells, cartridges, seal containers or tanks or envelops, gas cylinder, explosive shells or explosive material in any form.§ The scrap shall be free from admixtures such as: lubricant, grease, rubber, plastic, oil parts, alloy, asphalt, wood, chemical and other impurity and non-metals.The residue/molten steel, steel shavings, turnings, mill scales, milling waste, trimmings, stampings, slag, dross, trash and œCounterbalance block, counterpoise are not acceptable and they are considered as impurity.
